45,000 sq ft of deals transacted at Merseyside office scheme in the last 12 months

Woodlands Business Park, a modern development of office buildings in Newton-le-Willows, Merseyside is continuing to prove extremely popular location for a wide range of businesses with the completion of a further two deals . FTSE listed company Interserve, who provides an international support services to  construction companies has taken 4,360 sq ft on the second floor of  Hawthorn House and Kingdom Securities, who provide security services to a wide range of businesses, who have relocated locally letting 12,750 sq ft in Willow House.


These lettings follows a number of other recent transactions at  the development including Oak Tyres who purchased Cedar House, a self contained office comprising circa 14,500 sq ft, Billfinger Engineering Solutions, letting circa 12,000 sq ft at Redwood House and Miller Homes, who have recently renewed their lease at Hawthorne House.
